REGARDLESS OF YOUR CARRIER CHOICE, YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE THE PROPER STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR SHIPMENT WITH YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE PRIOR TO THE ORIGINAL U.S. EXPORTATION IN ORDER TO AVOID VAT OR DUTY IF THE ITEMS ARE TO BE RETURNED TO YOU.  THIS CANNOT BE DONE AFTER THE ITEMS HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED TO THE U.S.  IF YOU DO NOT REGISTER YOUR ITEMS PRIOR TO LEAVING YOUR COUNTRY, AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE EXHIBITION & RE-SHIPMENT BACK TO YOU,
YOUR ITEMS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE PREVAILING RATE OF DUTY OR VAT TAXES.

You will be responsible to prepare the commercial invoice and pre-register the shipment with your local customs prior to initial export.
